I decided things had to change. That’s when I made my “No Plan B Commitment” to myself.
Eating gluten-free processed foods was not an option. Taking my own food everywhere was not an option. Having daily stomach aches was not an option. I was all in.
So I changed my foods and how they were prepared. And best of all, after knowing what to change about my food, and how to prepare them for my gut issues, I never felt deprived or trapped to blandand flavourless foods.
I implemented all of the principles I’ve been teaching you up until this point.
And I said buh-bye to daily stomach aches.
This was my turning point.
After this, I realized I HAD to help others do the same. So I went back to school and earned my Masters in Holistic Nutrition and later became a gut specialist through the Gut and Psychology Syndrome program.
So if you’re tired of researching and trying <right here would be a good place to “pick” on some popular process/protocols they’ve tried to position you further and call out the “this sounds similar” thought> and failing and ending up in the same exact place....
